SEALEXCEL Stainless Steel Push-in fittings consist of six precision components: body, releasing sleeve, washer, gripping collet, guide rings and ‘O’ rings. These components have been carefully designed and manufactured to very stringent tolerances under rigid quality control procedures approved to ISO 9001:2000.
Body, Guide Ring, Washer, Releasing Sleeve: SS 316
Gripping Collet: SS 303
'O' Rings: FKM
Suitability
These fittings are resistant to aggressive environments and fluids typically found in the Chemical, Food and Packaging industries, etc.
These fittings can be used with:
- Semi-rigid nylon tube
- Flexible polyurethane tube
- Low density polyurethane tube
- Flouropolymer FEP - 140 tube
- Stainless steel and copper tube (when grooved)
Operating Parameters
Pressure: up to 290 PSI (20 bar) Temperature: up to 150°C
